Mr. Boente joined OMAC in the Fall of 2018 and has participated in numerous acquisitions, divestitures, and valuations since that time. As a Certified Public Accountant with over 6 years of beverage industry experience, Alec’s research and analysis skills are extremely valuable throughout the deal origination and execution phase of the transaction. Prior to his time at OMAC, Alec worked at The Boeing Company as a Financial Analyst and at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Financial Management Consultant.
